Project management

We cover the entire process, from initial consultation, right through until final handoff. Every process, from specification, design, manufacture and shipping is carried out in-house. This means we can keep a tight hold on every aspect of the project, ensuing delivery on-time and on-budget, with no nasty surprises.

Depending on what approach is most appropriate to the project, we can be engaged as a main contractor, or as a specialist subcontractor.

Along with our network of trusted subcontractors, we have a wide array of specialisms outside of wood installations which are regularly called upon during our projects.

Transport

Efficient transport is built into the Cambian approach, right from the design stage. Larger structures are commonly split down into modules that are sized to fit within road vehicles, or into standard containers for overseas freight.

All modules to be transported are first nested virtually within CAD to ensure space efficient transit and optimal off-loading and installation sequencing.

Installation

Due to the specialised nature of many of the projects Cambian completes, clients typically opt for installation by our in-house team.

Having a close knit relationship between the design and construction teams means that when it comes to delivering a smooth install, our crew knows the project inside and out.

When contractors are already engaged, we work closely at each stage of the construction to ensure every piece goes together exactly as intended.
